Quiet and clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's about time we replaced our old dishwasher that stopped working about a year or two ago. Super happy to finally have some dishes we can be confident are clean instead of hoping that the kids did their chore correctly.
Anyway, this dishwasher is super quiet. And it works great. Install was pretty simple, having taken out and put in and taken out my old one so many times. This one went in without a problem.
I have it four stars because there are a few things that would have made it nicer. One, it didn't come with all the install parts. Maybe that is common but it was unpleasant having to go the the store again while trying to install it because there was no electrical conduit for the wires and no 90° elbow for the water connection. And no way to know that until you are home trying to install it and the instructions tell you. That's annoying.
Also, the third rack is neat in principal but laying knives or spatulas flat on it doesn't get the top side of them clean. So that third rack seems mostly useless.
But overall, the dishwasher functions great

Worked well, then stopped draining in less than a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher seemed to work well for the first several months. But just nine months after it was installed, we started getting an error code and it wouldn’t drain properly. Despite being covered under warranty, getting service has been challenging and we’ve been without it for over a month already, with at least another 2-3 weeks to go (since they needed to order another part). Unclear whether this is a manufacturer of installer error, but it has been frustrating and hard to recommend the product after this experience.

Great cleaning dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher cleans well without a lot of prep work on the dishes. I like the roomy silverware basket and lower rack. The third rack is somewhat limited in what can fit up there and I forget to unload it. The cycles are quiet, especially for the price but I wish the normal wash cycle time was shorter. Taking over 2 hours for a normal wash cycle is a long time.

Quiet and cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher runs very quietly. Which makes a huge difference because our old one sounded like a jet plane and made watching tv a chore. I’ve had no issues with how it cleans. If I use the energy saving setting (there is no heated drying) I did experience a smell in the dish washer a day later. I leave the door cracked after using this cycle now and that seems to remedy the issue. I don’t have this problem when using the other cycles.

I didn't know if I would like the top (third) rack, but I've come to appreciate it. The dishwasher is very quite and cleans throrualy.
