Quiet as a mouse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was confusing but since we got it hooked up and running its been great. The top mounting bracket screws didn't seem to be the right size but side mount worked out fine. So quiet i forget it's in cycle and opened it to grab a fork. Closed it back up and let the cycle finish no harm done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had our new dishwasher for a month but what a difference! Very quite compared to our old one. Self installation was quite easy. Cleans as well ir better than much more expensive ones we’ve seen. We are very happy with our purchase!

Love the features for the value, performance not so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher from a big box store and installed it myself. It was easy enough to do, the directions are mostly straight forward and online how-to's helped. We utilize the 3rd top rack daily for baby bottle parts and it's great! It's the reason we purchased this model. A major downside has been the drying. Wash on surge with high heat and sanitize started at 180 minutes and the computer has increased that to 220 minutes since installation. I guess it senses completion times and recalibrates. Even with the increase, we open the drawers and almost all of the dishes are covered in water, not close to dry. I have a manufacturer repair rep coming to the house to diagnose. Another minor complaint is the cabinet braces, they snap off easily, and one bent prematurely. It has caused an alignment issue that I was able to shim to fix.

We're glad to hear you're making good use of the third rack! It's a great option when you have a lot of small parts like baby bottles or kitchen gadgets to wash. Plastic is not a great conductor of heat and it is normal to find some water droplets left on them after a dry cycle, but the majority of dishware should be dry and ready to be put away. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a good purchase. All the cycles work well and it gets the dishes dry every time. The only 2 complaints so far is when loading the silverware in, it sometimes drops though the openings on the sides to the bottom. The other is the bottom rack sometimes rolls all the way out and it is aggravating to get back on track.
