[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does the job, but requires more prep than I expected. In order for dishes to get clean, you have to run your hot water for a while until it's completely hot before starting the dishwasher. Anything short of that will result in dirty dishes.
Even with the prep, this dishwasher struggles with deep pots and glasses. All in, would not recommend.

After 2 visits from the installer and one visit from a repairman, it was installed correctly. I like the machine and the third tray. One thing I don't like, my salesman said you can only use the pod, but after reading the manual and talking to the repairman, I found out you CAN use the liquid detergent. I don't like the smell of the pods after the wash is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works good, thought I would like the third rack but would have preferred a deeper bottom rack for larger pots and pans. I never had to wash my pots now I have to because they don’t fit into the shorter area due to the third rack system. Third rack is not needed.
