It's spacious+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is spacious and has 3 racks. However, I feel that it doesn't wash as well- even light loads. I've run the dishwasher several times and 8 out of 10 washes are dirty ;(

Super quiet!!

So much oomph for the money

This dishwasher is so pretty. I'm not a fan of Wi-Fi appliances and I knew I wanted a 3 rd rack and stainless steel tub. This dishwasher is exactly what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pamphlet supplied with the dishwasher, leaves out a lot of important information!
I developed training courses for Hewlett-Packard on their proprietarily operating system, MPE-iX, which ran on the HP3000. These courses were designed for HP customers System Managers and System Operators.
Nowhere in the above document is there information on which cycles have a Rinse Aid function. Does the Energy Saver cycle have Rinse Aid included in its operation?
To find the current setting for the Rinse Aid option, the document states to press "RINSE ONLY" and "DELAY START" at the same time for 5 seconds. It does not state to turn Power On. Also, when I attempted to operate this option, I only got it to work in the Normal Cycle, not the Energy Saver Cycle. And I had to press down very hard for more than 5 seconds.
The Bottom Rack wheels have too much play with the built in track in the tub walls. Consequently, the rack can skew slightly causing the rack to jam when rolling into the tub. The Bottom Rack metal is constructed from a small gauge of wire. If you compare this rack to the Bottom Rack of a top end Samsung dishwasher, the Samsung rack is made from a heavy gauge of wire. Also, some of the metal guides fold down to allow for more configurations of loading patterns.
The main positive feature is that the machine WORKS!

diswasher disapointment

For best cleaning results with full loads (depending on the soil level), we recommend using Normal or Heavy Wash cycles along with High Temp or Sanitize wash temperature and the Heat Dry.
