Worst dishwasher ever!!!

We have had this dishwasher for 4 months. This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. I does a terrible job washing the dishes. They come out partially clean and slimy where the soap hasn’t been rinsed properly. It doesn’t matter if it is fully or partially loaded. We have tried rinse aids to help but with no success. We on regular city water - not overly hard or soft water. The 3rd plastic rack already has pieces of plastic that has broken off - even though it is just my husband, my teenage daughter and I. The dishwasher we replaced did a must better job. I will never buy another Frigidaire product.

We never want to see our family unhappy with their appliance or experience. We would love to have a closer look into this matter. For cleaning issues, we recommend to check if there are dishes streaked or is their soil left on the dishes. If yes, streaking indicates a rinse aid is needed or you may have hard water. Clean your Dishwasher by: Run an empty cycle with the PowerPlus or Heavy Cycle and Santize Option and Pour 1 cup of white vinegar directly into the tub and run an empty cycle. (DO NOT add detergent). Make sure items are loaded properly. Large items on the bottom rack. Small items on top rack. There should be space between the items to allow water flow. Pans, cups, and dishes should be loaded facing down. Utensils should not be nested. The spray arms should not be blocked allowing them to rotate freely. Also, please check the following are installed correctly (Water Supply Hose, Drain Hose, Filter has been cleaned out).

Doesn't dry the dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes fine . Not loud while running . When dishwasher is finished , dishes are very wet . When you pull out and push in the third rack high on top , it is very wobbly side to side and feels like it is going to fall . It only does half of what it is supposed to do , washes but not dries. I was going to give it half of 5 stars but you cannot give it 2 1/2 stars .

We recommend you use rinse aid. Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance. Bought it to match my Frigidaire fridge. After finding out the troubles and things I found out I didn't like about the fridge, I would have bought an LG set. Sorry. The dishwasher works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Racks feel very thin and cheap. Lower rack gets stuck every time we try to slide it back in. Does not feel like a solid, durable unit but cleans well.

Quiet and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had issues the second day but found out it was due to our water not being hot enough. Kept throwing an I30 code. The only issue now is sometimes the dishes are still dirty looking and I have to run them a second time.
