Unbelievably Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dish washer does a great job and is unbelievably quiet during operation. It is barely noticeable even when I’m the kitchen and absolutely no distraction when in the next room. Would definitely recommend!

washes well but items do not dry fully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] installation was more complex than necessary. instructions not completely clear, needed to re-read and compare to some differences in manufacture. washes well, but drying function leaves items damp, needing to be hand dried.

Hello! We want to personally thank you for sharing your important quality concerns and experiences with us. Please know that our design and engineering teams are constantly monitoring our brand pages for feedback and experiences, such as yours, for future reference. Consumer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us here at Frigidaire. We are here and ready to step in to help make things better. We recommend you use rinse aid, Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance. Should you have further concerns that we may be able to help with, please connect with us by live chat or by phone at 1-800-374-4432. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, and we will be happy to assist. -Rox
