Can’t tell if it’s fully charged.

I bought this at airport and although it works and charges my devices but I can’t tell when the battery pack is fully charged. I charged it all night and when I went to use it to charge my phone, it only had 2 lights on. Then it didn’t even last the hours it said it would. It only lasted 5 hours to charge my phone and then a portable speaker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When your battery pack is fully charged, all four indicator lights will light up solid. As a workaround, try using another power adaptor to recharge the power bank.

The power bank does not charge anything

I have charged it like 3 times and every time I plug my iPhone the 4 lights start blinking and do not charge it. I thought it was my usb c cable so I change and does not work, also tried with a usb a and neither worked. Also tried with other devices and just not works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
