An overall nice laptop. I like the crisp display, fast speed, light weight and not a lot of bloatware installed on the drive. What I didn't like are: the finish is a fingerprint magnet, the keyboard LED's are inadequate to allow visualization in the dark.

The clarity of the screen is so wonderful, I can't even look at an older screen anymore! I love the number pad on the side, and it's nice to have the backlit keyboard. My only lament is that OLED doesn't like to be dimmed, which makes it less enjoyable to compute late at night... Probably not a bad thing.

I am an extremely brand loyal techie who has to be very certain when I leave that comfort zone. My all in one desktop is now 14 years old and going strong but I need a back up ready to take over the bulk of day to day activities. After researching my faithful brand and various other well known brands with build quality, features, ease of use, longevity and user reviews, I settled on this laptop. Asus is a new brand for me and in the past, I have to admit, I saw it as inferior due to the name. The brand has come along way to make it an affordable and high end product. The screen is gorgeous, it's very fast with tasks, the keyboard and touchpad are very user friendly and videos are great and clear. It's a great deal for the price and is definitely living up to my standards.

The Pros - very light, very fast processor, excellent battery life, the audio is surprising very good, wifi speed and connectivity is excellent, very well built, and lastly - the screen is absolutely gorgeous!
The Cons - I don't like the keyboard, it's terrible but not a deal breaker. Well there was virtually no documentation in the product box and I had to go online to down load the documentation and that sucks. It has a micro SD card reader - what/why - at a minimum that should have been a standard SD card reader!

This laptop's OLED screen is amazing. It's so much brighter and clearer than my previous HP FHD laptop. First laptop I have owned that has a well-made metal case. Now, plastic laptops seem cheap and flimsy.

So far, pretty good. Fingerprints and skin oils on keyboard are irritating though. Keyboard and trackpad sensitivity take some getting used to perhaps. Don't know yet.

I've had this a week. Just finished setting it up. 1. First day of use and black screen. Only a few seconds, but it reset Firefox browser, Excel and Outlook -- blanks where data should appear. 2. The numeric keypad is different than my logitech blueray keypad and standard telephone keypad -- the decimal and zero (0) are reversed, so it you're used to putting numbers into spreadsheets, beware -- especially if you're doing something financial. Not amused.
