[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my Samsung Smart Monitor for a couple of years now, and overall, it's been one of the best monitors I've owned. The versatility and functionality it offers are unmatched. From built-in smart apps like Netflix and YouTube to the ability to use Samsung DeX or mirror my phone screen, it’s perfect for work and entertainment without needing a PC. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, and the design is sleek and minimal, making it a great addition to any setup.
That said, after a couple of years of regular use, I’ve noticed some slowdown, particularly when navigating the built-in smart interface. Apps take longer to load, and switching between features isn’t as snappy as when I first got it. While this is a bit frustrating, the monitor's core functionality as a display remains flawless, with excellent resolution and color accuracy.
If you're looking for a smart monitor that does it all, this is still an excellent choice, but keep in mind that the performance of the smart features may decline over time. Despite that, I’d recommend it for its versatility, great display quality, and ease of use.
