Good Monitor. But with one major issue!

This monitor is pretty good with a few exceptions. The monitor is a perfect size for me with not being to big that I would have to sit far away from it. I also love the freedom to be able to tilt, rotate, and adjust the monitor's height. But there is one major problem that caused me to return the product (I bought it on Amazon), the VA panel. The type of panel this monitor uses is a VA panel which is known to have horrible ghosting/smearing when there is motion on the screen. Whenever I watch a youtube video or play games that have lots of motion, it is very clear that there is lots of smearing on the image when it's moving. This was a complete deal breaker for me as it's hard not to notice the problems once you see them. This would be the perfect monitor if it came with an IPS panel instead of a VA panel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my monitor for a multitude of things. I mostly use it to play games like the Sims 4, Red Ded Redemption, and more. The quality is awesome way better than playing on my old beat up laptop. One thing that I did have a problem with is how long it would take to boot my games up.

Your next gaming monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough about this monitor, the graphics were amazing, I swear it raised my COD, kill count. I'm talking like 39 and 4. Chris clear fast reacting, everything you would want in a gaming monitor, plus things you didn't know you wanted because you haven't had them from your TV or your other monitors. If you take video gaming seriously, or are even just a "weekend warrior" this is the monitor for you dare I say the last one you're ever going to need.
Highly recommend.

32 Odyssey G30D Gaming Monitor
