Broke after over a year of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The monitor was originally 144 hertz but after a year, it randomly broke and can't go over 60. Warranty is 1 year so it expired and couldn't do anything about it.

If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.
