DO NOT BUY FOR MULTIPLE MONITOR SETUP

Decent monitor overall for the size, resolution, and refresh rate.
HOWEVER - it is not possible to disable "deep sleep" or whatever samsung calls it - so if you have multiple monitors and they go to sleep it will reset the position of your desktop windows to all stacked on a single monitor. Every. Single. Time. This is intended functionality so support will ship it for free to a service center - and then find no defect and will charge you $$ for looking at it even under warranty.
My 6/7 year old samsung U28E monitors didn't do this - and still don't when hooked back up to my PC.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crystal clear

What I hoped for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is exactly what we were hoping for when i bought it. It has a very crisp clear screen history and with all of the features. You can't go wrong for the price. I think we might be switching my wife to samsung.

Great for work, not so much for gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for work purposes and it's very suitable for that. It is highly color accurate for usual work including working on documents and PowerPoint presentations. However I have not used this extensively for pro level image editing. It does do a good job for basic image editing that most users would be doing at home or on occasional hobbyist process. I would consider a better monitor for gaming as the refresh rates and ghosting issues do show up occasionally. However for the price this remains a very good purchase in my opinion.
