I coupled this with the 6db gain antenna. Amazing results. Love the set up and the performance of the handheld mic as well. The ONLY thing I didn't like was not being able to adjust the screen brightness. At nights it can be a little bright. Still 5 stars!

I bought the MXT275 after using my Midland Hat's at a Jeep Jamboree. Very happy with the audio quality and ease of install of the Midland GMRS. The MXT275 mic has a very heavy duty cord. Options for speaker on mic, on unit or both. Unit runs with very low heat dissipation so I think it will work inside the center console of my Grand Cherokee. Planning to add the MXTA25 Ghost Antenna next.

Perfect unit for the occasional trail ride with friends, caravan with the family and home base at camp. All neatly packaged into in the mic. I hid the base for stealth install and couldn’t be happier w the setup. Its paired up w the ghost antenna for great range. Love it!

Had the MXT275 for a few weeks and am really impressed. The size of the unit allows for several mounting positions, hidden or in sight. The handset is great, loud, clear display and hefty. Switches are very pronounced and easily identifiable. Great radio and good reach
