I purchased the GMRS MXT275 radio for my 2019 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. I love it. I installed the radio, routed the antenna, and use a uhf/SWR to confirm the 3db Ghost antenna was installed and grounded correctly. SImple. I went on my first off road ride and share my handheld GXT1000 radios to the vehicles behind me. It was amazing to have crystal clear communication during the ride. I recommend this radio to everyone looking to connect with fellow off road riders. this was basically plug and play!

I picked up this radio to use in my off road rig. It’s currently hooked up on my ham radio bench so I can get accustomed to using it. Super solid feel, way more solid than the Chinese radios I’ve tested.
One complaint, I wish the volume controls were more variable. Even on the lowest setting it’s too loud for the basement.

I have this installed in my gladiator. I purchased this radio because I wanted to hide the main box as I already have way to many things mounted in my jeep! I love the fact that everything is controlled right from the mic. Signal is strong and clear. Very easy to install. Very well built, I have dropped the mic several time and the unit still works flawlessly

Just completed the install and write out of box I'm thrilled with the purchase of my MTX275 GMRS radio. The radio system is conveniently out of sight and simple to use. The performance has been impressive, far better than my old CB system. I added a 6db gain antenna and purchased a couple of X-Tra Talk hand held radios to integrate with family and friends. FCC Licensing was simple and the Midland Customer Service has not disappointed either. They make you feel like your part of their family and that alone will keep me coming back for my future purchases.
