Compact size, but certainly not compact performance! Great radio, nice to only see the handset, keeps my dash clear and the weatherband is useful up here with snowstorms and other weather related problems!

This was the perfect addition to our JKU. For a vehicle with little free dash space, having the controls in the handle is great. I can't believe we didn't upgrade from CB more quickly! With the supplied antenna we are getting roughly 10 miles out of these.

I've been using the radio for a month. I am satisfied with the features and operation. All controls are on the handset. The speaker mic eliminates the need for an external speaker, and puts out clear sound. I set the display color to match my instrument panel which is a thoughtful feature. Compact size allows convenient placement. Transmission and reception have been quite acceptable with the

Still waiting to get this unit out on the trails, but initial testing with another handheld unit appears reception and clarity will be great! Installation was easy. Seems well made with quality components. The handheld mic has some weight to it and is comfortable to use. Would’ve liked an FME connector on the antenna cable to ease routing through the vehicle and an extra cable option for a “hard-wired” installation instead of having to cut the power cord just after the cigarette lighter adapter.
