The most incredible food processor EVER!

My elderly food processor gave up the ghost last week. I set out to find a good replacement. I have a Breville fast, slow multi cooker and it is amazing. All of my Breville appliances have been wonderful. So I chose the Breville sous chef nine food processor. It is unbelievable. It is very powerful yet. Occupies only a small footprint in my appliance cabinet. All of the mini accessories store in the main bowl in a single storage container. You can lift it out from the top. Remove and use whatever accessories you need and put them back in the precisely proper spot because the storage container has a little bins for all the accessories. It is a fantastic design and I’m so happy. I highly recommend this appliance.

Serious flaw

As expensive as this processor is there has been a serious cost cutting effort which is dangerous. The extremely sharp s-blade should have a dedicated, one piece spindle, permanently attached to the blade. Every time it’s used it needs to be handled, taken apart to clean, reassembled, each time the risk of being sliced open is real. Disappointed this has never been taken seriously.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your new kitchen bff!

It weights a few pounds, and you can tell it’s going to last your lifetime. Although not pictured, I did use it and the engine is very fast. It perfectly, and quickly chops up my veggies. Bonus points for the cord—I love that I can easily unplug the machine.

Versatile and Easy to Clean

Set up and clean up is a breeze. The price is expensive but u use it daily so if you eat a lot of veggies and soups I’d recommend for sure.

It comes with a storage container for all the different attachments. The base is very heavy but it is sturdy and a really nice product. I can’t wait to try it with making baby food in a few months!
