With my neck issues I’m reluctant of any new pillow, but this one was comfortable right out of the box. No break in time or getting use too.

Perfect amount of support and comfort

I tend to be more comfortable with a slightly firm pillow and this Tempur-Cloud Adjustable pillow has just the right amount of memory foam firmness but also allows for me to fluff or prop it up some, to increase the support. I simply love it.

Flat pillows

If you love lossing sleep and enjoy neck and sholder pain buy this pillow. Otherwise stay away. My wife and I are both side sleepers and we bought 2 of these pillows since they are marketed for side sleepers. These pillows are far too flat. We both experienced neck and shoulder pain after using this pillow. We have both gone back to our old pillows. My wife contacted the company to return them for a refund, but tempur-pedic is a "zero waste company" and will not accept a return for this wrongfully marketed product. If you enjoy a good night's sleep look elsewhere for a pillow.

Pillow is lumpy and uncomfortable to use. I’d return it if tempur pedic allowed it. Honestly very disappointed. The pair will live in my closet I suppose

Horrible pillows

I purchased two of the TEMPUR-Cloud® Adjustable Pillows and they absolutely have no support, they are not filled with a lot of material to provide comfort. It’s basically like I’m sleeping with just pillowcases full of some stuffing. Have not had a good night sleep with them at all. Tempur-pedic will not let me return them or exchange them. I am not getting my moneys worth at all. Very disappointed.

Very uncomfortable. Material bunches into corner.

The inside material would bunch to the very top of the pillow, thus angling the head in a very odd position and cause neck pain. No amount of readjusting or bunching of material would prevent this from recurring each night. My two children and I both had this problem, one child snoring because her airway was narrowed due to her head being at such an odd angle. I’ve owned the regular, nonadjustable Tempur pillow before and loved it. So disappointed that I have to waste three of these adjustable pillows; they’re now relegated to the back of our closets…
