I ordered this pillow because I desperately need a soft, comfortable pillow but this pillow is flat and hard. Very disappointed because it has no fluff to it whatsoever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Cloud Pillow about a year ago and it feels like it has not lost any shape yet. The average pillows I've tried before TEMPUR-PEDIC would usually feel great at first but then diminish in quality fairly quickly. I have not had this problem with the Cloud Pillow and have yet to use the backup I bought! That right, I bought 2 pillows at check out and now thats it, I just simply have two. No need for backups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this pillow. My main complaint, however, is that it's q little too soft for me. I need a firmer pillow. But if you like a soft pillow, you won't go wrong eith this one.
