[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow was too thick for my neck and caused pain. Bought two and didn't open or remove from the box. Tempur-pedic would not allow me to return the unopened pillow. I am stuck with two that I cannot use. Will have to go elsewhere or cut one of the pillows in half length-wise and see if I can manage to use it that way. Very disappointed that the unopened pillow could not be returned for the more expensive fillable and adjustable pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was really excited to finally buy a pair of Tempurpedic pillows. After using them I find them very uncomfortable for me as a stomach sleeper. They force me to sleep on my side which I do not like. I do not recommend these pillows at all and totally regret buying them. Especially since you cant return them which I didn't find out until afterwards. They need to do a better job of showing their return policy. You have to really search for it. There should be an alert of some sort at checkout. The only positive from this purchase is that I didn't waste anymore money buying a more expensive pillow. I will never purchase another product from this company again.

I wouldn't buy him a bed, but I did get him a pillow for Christmas!! He keeps asking me if he can take mine!! Christmas needs to get here quickly-LOL!
