Start out great but falls flat.

When I first lay my head on this pillow it feels like a heavenly cloud that cushions and embraces my entire head and neck. Unfortunately, after a few more minutes the pillow goes as flat as a pancake and offers little-to-no support. I've heard such great things about tempurpedic sleep products and had high hopes for these pillows. It's been a disappointing experience. I can't recommend this product, especially at the premium price, when any off-the-rack pillow will provide the same level of comfort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrific pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a neck injury from an accident and with different pillows I tried always woke up with a sore neck. My daughter always brought her pillow when she visited and I teased her about it. She said it was the best pillow she had found and thought I would like it. So I ordered two. It made such a difference in my sleep and how I felt the next morning. I would recommend this pillow to anyone. I love this pillow!
