[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been having some minor neck/upper back pain recently. So I bought these expensive pillows expecting a great night's sleep. However, they actually made things worse. Every morning I would wake up with neck pain. I don't think the pillows are poorly made, or are terrible all around. They just didn't work for me, and I switched back to my old pillow.

I owned a Cloud pillow for around 4 years previously and wanted to re-purchase a new set since that one had begun feeling too soft, and I'd upgraded to a King anyway. Thus, I purchased two King size pillow replacements. They are truly horrible. Immediately I noticed the pillow cover is much different - more stiff and plastic-y, much less soft and flexible than it was before. I've had the pillows for a week now and I can feel my head bottoming out. I wanted a low profile pillow, but these provide no support at all. What happened? I knew I couldn't return them when I purchased, but I didn't know they had changed so significantly. I'll never repurchase or recommend again.

I absolutely hate the Cloud pilllow. I even asked CS what pillow would be closest to the original pillow. This version is half the thickness so when you lay on it and it compresses and becomes so flat I can feel my hand and wrist underneath. This thing is flimsy in comparison to the original. Apparently I can't return it either so now I have an expensive pillow I hate and can't get my money back on. I also ordered a body pillow. I'm writing a review on that too. It also sucks.
