I really like how it contours around your head but doesn't bottom out like other pillows I have used. It's excellent for sleeping in your back but isn't quite thick enough for side sleeping. Overall, I think it's a great pillow and will eventually buy the king size.

They offer very little support and you would think if you're paying over a hundred dollars for a pillow it would be of some decent quality.

Comfortable pillow, but the smell is off-putting

Causes neck and shoulder pain

I have neck and shoulder pain. I bought a cheaper pillow that's working okay but wanted to get a better quality one that would work better and fell for the advertising of this pillow. I need a slightly flatter pillow so my shoulders don't hurt, which usually means the curved firmer pillows are out. I figured since this one is softer and made for back sleepers it would work. Unfortunately, while it sinks down for my head the ended of the pillow where your neck is is stiff so it's too much pressure all night on my neck and shoulders. Just don't buy this pillow. It's not going to work if you are a back sleeper. I don't understand these positive reviews. Are they using the same pillow?
