Extremely disappointed in this product. The pillow is so flat and provides absolutely no support for me personally. There is no way to return it either. Wish I had not spent so much money on a pillow that hurts my neck!

We just bought a tempur pro adapt which we love and decided to order two of these. With in one minute of laying on them we both went back to our old pillows. These are super thin and feels like your head is just resting on the mattress. Would not recommend. Was very upset to learn these are non returnable which makes us like this company a bit less.

We have sleet on a Tempurpedic for over 10 years so, I knew the quality was good.
