[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Cloud pillow is just ok. I no longer have neck pain when I sleep, however, I don't think this pillow is going to last. It's very flat and it wasn't cheap. I purchased a new pillow because my old one was...OLD and I was experiencing neck pain. Although I no longer awake with neck pain, I don't think this flat pillow will last very long.

Not well designed!!! This pillow is very soft and not giving enough support especially when lying on the side. I felt my face almost on the mattress level when I sleep on the sides. I have to fold the pillow in order to give enough support to my head when I lie on one side. Pillows are supposed to make sleepers comfortable when they lie on both back and side.
