[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 2010 temperppedic pillow i replaced had big 6" tall 27" long loved it never slept so well. Replacing it was not easy the cloud too soft had to use cloud pillow and made an insert from shredded foam to add to it try to achieve original pillow quality. Still have neck pain ( never felt with original pillow) but able to get 2 or 3 hours sleep on cloud each night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hoping it would be the kind of quality you would expect form Tempurpedic, but it turned out to just be a cheap, thin pillow that you can buy for a quarter of the price at any convenience store. It hurts my neck and does not offer any support whatsoever. On TOP of that, they do not offer refunds so DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Learn from my mistake.

MY WIFE AND I ORDERED 2 CLOUD PILLOWS WHICH WE HAVE RECEIVED. THEY WERE SHOWN AS MEDIUM SOFT. AS IT TURNS OUT, THE PILLOWS WERE FIRM AND NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. WHEN WE CALLED TO RETURN THEM FOR A SOFTER PILLOW, WE WERE TOLD THAT PILLOWS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. WE WERE SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS SINCE WE PURCHASED THEM FROM TEMPURPEDIC DIRECTLY. WE DIDN'T USE THEM AT ALL. WE ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THEM THE SAME DAY WE RECEIVED THEM. SHAME ON TEMPURPEDIC FOR NOT OFFERING AN EXCHANGE POLICY.
