Me and my wife bought two prohigh pillows and it's not cooling it heats up feels like a rock and entirely uncomfortable and of course there's a no return policy on the pillows if I could give a negative star I would

I have been using various TempurPedic pillows for 30+ years. This pillow is the best. You can sleep on your back or side and be perfectly comfortable. This pillow travels with me wherever I go. This pillow is very dense and heavy, it takes up half my suitcase. My only wish is that there was a travel size.
