[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice pillow. Could be a tad firmer. I also wish they had a return policy. It's a little frustrating you have to make such an expensive purchase without any chance Of getting your money back if they don't work out.

The last tempur pillow I bought about 4 years back was perfect, It was soft and melted nicely but also held up well to support my neck and cervical spine. I would say if you do not have any issues that would prevent you from having a soft pillow this is the one to get.

By The time you lay on it for a while, it really is flat. It was too flat for my husband to lay his head on so he uses it between his legs. I am a side sleeper so I need just a little more support. It's not far from being right, just a little too flat. The quality is good, so I will recommend it if this is what you want
