Do not buy! My husband and I were so excited to upgrade our pillows when we got these. "Adaptive support" as soon as you put your head on this pillow, you sync to the mattress. There is zero support, and I wake up with a sore neck every morning. We tried to return or at least exchange these pillows after the first night we tried them and were denied with no other options. Shocking to me that as a shocking to me that as an online business, they offer no returns or exchanges. How are you supposed to know via a picture online if you are going to like the feel of a pillow? Very disappointed in the quality and customer service we have experienced.

BEWARE NON-RETURNABLE ITEM

This collapses & does not hold its shape. It goes flat when you lay on it. I am stuck with 2 pillows that are still new in plastic in the box because Temour-Pedic does not stand behind their products & some how thinks that a pillow is a more personable item than a mattress that you sleep on for 90 days.
