[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I did not realize these were not returnable until after they had shipped, which was a bummer. They are not great pillows. I have a temperpedic bed and pillow that are over ten years old, that I was trying to replace. They got rid of the other one. This did not live up to the standards that I had come to expect from this company, as the pillow doesn't have any structure once you lay on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first bad experience with Temper-Pedic

My wife and I bought a king sheet set, a travel pillow and A Temper-Cloud Pillow on Saturday. My wife explained to the sales person that I have had some neck issues and have tried a number of pillows to help with sleep. The sales person said that I'd have to use the pillow for a week and get past the pain in order to experience the benefit of the cloud Pillow. This morning, after waking up for the last two days with headaches, I took the pillow back to the store. it was then that I was told that pillow are non-returnable and that it says so on the receipt. This was not explained when we purchased the pillow and I feel my wife and I were lied to. I left the store and left the pillow with them Obviously, men wife and I will never shop there again.
