[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this same product back in 2018 and the quality was much higher. The pillow was firmer and more supportive. Not sure what has changed in the manufacturing, but I was disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] seriously, i cant stop talking about it. i suffer from neck pain and have had trouble finding the right pillow due to the fact that some are either too soft or too firm. My Tempurpedic pillows feel soft but have just the right firmness that ive gone the longest without any neck pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon reading the reviews I was very excited to receive these pillows. Unfortunately my experience was not so positive. If you are a side sleeper these pillows aren't bad. Just enough cushion to accommodate the gap under the neck. However if you are a back sleeper, these pillows will leave you in pain. They "deflate" within 20 mins of laying on it and leave you with no neck support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I've purchased a Tempur-Pedic product and I am more impressed and satisfied. My girlfriend and I are a mix of side, back and stomach sleepers and this one works well for all positions. The pillow is soft but not too soft and gives great neck support. 10/10 would recommend!

Super soft but nonexistent support

I ordered this product because my SO has these pillows and always loved how soft yet supportive they were. I decided to purchase these myself since there was a greatk sale on the website and as a stomach sleeper these were ideal. I was super excited to get these. However, I noticed felt differ compared to the ones my SO has. These felt a lot more softer and would smush too much to provide me with any support. I could feel the bone on my shoulder under the pillow. I gave it a couple nights to adjust but I would end up with slight pain on my neck. I really wanted to love these but had to go back to my old pillows. I did enjoy how soft and plush it was against my skin.
