Purchased 2 of these pillows - upon unboxing, I could immediately tell we have been duped. They are nothing like their pillows used to be. Small, thin, and offered literally no neck support. Wish I could return but tempur-pedic is apparently the only company on earth that offers no returns. I'm guessing because they know how trash their pillows are and if they allowed it, everyone would return. STAY AWAY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously bought 2 of these pillows because I did not had good pillows, and when they arrived at first they where confortable, really soft just like the name suggest a cloud. But after a few nights of using it I noticed that this pillow was too soft for me , it's seems to be thick but because of its softness your head ends up sinking a lot. Therefore this pillow really is what the name suggests it feels just like a cloud and it really is comfortable, but for me not as hard as I would like it. If you like your pillows thin this would be good for you even though it doesn't look thin once you put your head it will sink and end up being thinner than expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered this pillow because I read it was good for back and side sleepers and I have neck issues. Finding that it is not the best for neck support at all. I wake up with neck pain every morning so will be looking for a different pillow:(
