[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How can a company that makes such a great mattress absolutely fail at making a comfortable pillow? This is the second pillow I purchased (I also tried the Tempur-cloud adjustable pillow) and they were both complete failures. So heavy and cumbersome! So uncomfortable! Totally unusable. And sadly, no trial period or guarantee of any sort, so you're just out the money. Very frustrating experience.
