I had even talked to a "consultant " (even though he wasn't much help) and told him what I was looking for. He told me what to order. Maybe your consultants need additional training

Honestly, the WORST pillow I have ever had! You're better off not having a pillow at all. It goes beyond flat and just overhaul do not recommend!
