One of two pillows gives bad neck pain. We tested it with few people with same result. It seems to be much softer than the second one in the bundle we've received. I've ordered an excat same pillows in 2021 and loved them, but unfortunately this time it wasnt the same quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price was a little expensive for a pillow but its worth it. This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. I love the firmness that quickly conforms to the shape of your head and neck. I wake up with no neck pain, which is an issue I've had with other pillows in the past. It's great for all sleep positions. The one problem.i have with it is it traps heat, but other than that it's perfect!

The recipient didn't like the firmness and returned the pillows to me. Now I'm stuck with two pillows that nobody wants. Neither pillow was used. Please make the return policy more clear in your ads. How are you suppose to test a pillow for your own personal comfort?
