I like sponge(memory foam) pillows in general; this one has the right amount of firmness/sponge to get you that great quality sleep and comfort. well worth the price.

The pillows are a block of memory foam that's impossible to get comfortable on. The two pillows I bought just sit in my closet now.

Repeat buyers, beware

If you bought this pillow in the past, I just want to make sure you know this before you buy another. I first purchased these Tempur-cloud pillows in the fall of 2017. They were fabulous and greatly helped with my medical issues. 6 years later I decided to refresh them. I purchased the Tempur-cloud pillows again in the fall of 2023. I purchased what I thought was the same thing, it has the same name and the reviews from 2017 are still listed. However, when I got them, they definitely are NOT the same pillow as before. They are not as supportive or pressure relieving and they go flat in less than thirty minute. I called customer service and I was told that the pillow has "evolved" as the material did and that it "is not the same comfort level as those from 2017." Imagine my Disappointment! I know they are non-returnable, but they definitely were not what I was expecting or purchased before. Now I have pillows I can not use and have wasted money. So, if you are a repeat buyer, I would highly suggest calling customer service BEFORE you buy to make sure it's the exact same "tempurpedic formula" as the ones you bought before. I feel if they "evolved" the pillow, they should've at least changed the name or put a disclaimer somewhere. If you have never owned this pillow, and don't have problems with extra sensitivity on your head, you will probably really enjoy it.
