I'm a back and side sleeper and this pillow works perfectly for me. It has just enough give, but I don't sink in like I would on a feather pillow. I feel supported and my spine is in alignment. I have a feeling this will be my pillow from now on!

I have difficulty getting comfortable. I have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders, I thought these pillows would help. They also cause perspiration & temperature increase, which is also uncomfortable at night time.
