[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a back sleeper for most of the night and this pillow is far beyond my expectations. Without a doubt the best pillow i've ever slept on. My back actually felt better after using this pillow. I'm also a hot sweaty sleeper, this pillow had me sleeping cool without any sticky face.

Used the first night after purchase I have other Tempur-Pedic pillows with higher profile I love them all. This lower profile is great at the moment as I have a pinched nerve in my neck. Fell asleep without issue. I have only one question Do you make any of your pillows in a normal queen and/or king size length
