[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon reviewing the product I purchased (2 pillows) and throughout the checkout process, I was not informed that all purchases are final. No red flags, no popups throughout the ordering process or payment screens. Upon receipt of the product, the pillows were not normal standard size pillows. They were much smaller than normal and looked ridiculous on my or any bed. When I inquired how to return the products, I was directed to the your "return policy" section, which I could not fine. I was finally directed by a colleague of yours where the return policy section was, tucked far away hidden from viewing the products and the ordering process on your website. One of the two pillow boxes was never opened. The one box that I did open, still has the pillow in its original plastic. Once I saw the size, it was stupid to keep, hence my efforts to return. I am very upset. I lost confidence and will likely never order again from Tempur-pedic, unless you change your policy. Best regards, Frank

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did have pillows that were fairly new, but I suspected that the reason why I have developed a case of TMJ was the support of these pillows to my face during body side sleep, so I decided to purchase these pillows with much improvement of my TMJ, because the high of the pillow is just the correct one to keep my cervical spine aligned. Thank you!
