Used this pillow for years and there has clearly been a design change as I have had to replace yearly previously and now this pillow I worse than sleeping without a pillow as it is so flat when you lay your head on it. Zero support and zero return policy even if completely unopened (purchased 2).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a back sleeper with spine issues and have gone through countless different types of pillows that are supposed to be good for my neck but just end up being expensive wastes of sleep. My problem is I need support for my neck, but it's painful to lay against most hard material that's supposed to be helpful for my condition. As a last resort I decided to throw more money down and try the Tempur-Cloud Pillow and although I have to get the positioning EXACTLY right, when I do I can finally fall asleep quickly and wake up without extreme pain in my neck and shoulders with numbness in my hands and legs. I'm so grateful, and it's been years since I've been able to feel almost normal. The addition of a Tempur-Pedic 3" topper to help with the rest of my spine was just what I needed.

Initially, we purchased one for our son for his birthday and I kept stealing it (mom) so, next, they got one for me for my bday. Then, I felt sorry for dad and so we got him one for Christmas. Our dog is always sneaking to put his head on it as well, so I got the deal to buy two and wrapped one of them up for her too.
