The pillow is nice and soft but not much support to my head and neck as I expected. But worth a try because some people may love it but I personally wouldn't buy this pillow again.

And this past holiday I purchased the cloud (3 actually) and long story short my neck pains are gone, I've been sleeping the entire night and waking up feeling more rested than the past couple of years. Definitely worth trying
