[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The name "tempur-cloud" is so misleading. Sleeping on these pillows is like sleeping on a rock. The pillow does not conform to my head and it sleeps hot. I even called the company, before purchasing, and was told the pillow is soft. I called the company afterwards and was told it might help to soften them a bit if I sit on top of them during the day whenever possible. Nope. The only purpose these pillows will serve me, besides making me feel ripped off and vowing to never trust Tempurpedic again, is that they are good for propping me up as I sit up in bed, watching my tablet, before going to sleep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's harder and heavier and doesn't give like the store bought pillows. We still like them and put them in the guest room, but we're not using them on a nightly basis.
