[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in mattress business and have recommended tempur adapt pillow to guests because it seems to keep 90% of necks aligned no matter the shape or sleep position of the person. I tried it for the first time 3weeks ago and I've gone 3 weeks without a single neck issue. That's a first for me. I've bought several more as Christmas gifts because I really want my family and friends to experience painless neck issues from sleeping
