Got two different kinds and still after two weeks don't know which I like best. My husband likes them both, too. You head is cradled no matter which way you move throughout the night. Then the pillow pops back to its original shape. Must admit that in this case I got what I paid for---good night's sleep.

I've spoken with two people at your company and they refused to take these back. If there's anyway you can help me please let me know I would love to exchange them for something more firm.

It was the cloud, so I thought I was getting the same pillow but this pillow is about 4 inches shorter than the same pillow from years ago and a bit softer. As long as you are aware of these things the quality of the pillow is nice.
