Investing in a higher quality pillow does play out. I've noticed I don't toss and turn as much. I'm predominantly a black sleeper, but would sleep on my stomach because my old pillow didn't feel as comfy on my back. Now I fall asleep on my back and wake up there too. I was skeptical about how the material of the pillow looked when I took the pillow cover off to wash but it totally doesn't affect the quality. I aired out the pillows for a couple of days before using.

My only gripe if I've noticed that these pillows can flatten out a bit too much but they recover very quickly with movement and still offer support. It's a very small complaint and not something that happens all the time. Excellent pillows, definitely worth the money.
