Flat and uncomfortable

I've used these pillows for a few weeks and they has been getting flatter every night. They have no support and I've been waking with headaches and neck pain. I can't sleep with them and want to return them.

Super soft but nonexistent support

I ordered this product because my SO has these pillows and always loved how soft yet supportive they were. I decided to purchase these myself since there was a greatk sale on the website and as a stomach sleeper these were ideal. I was super excited to get these. However, I noticed felt differ compared to the ones my SO has. These felt a lot more softer and would smush too much to provide me with any support. I could feel the bone on my shoulder under the pillow. I gave it a couple nights to adjust but I would end up with slight pain on my neck. I really wanted to love these but had to go back to my old pillows. I did enjoy how soft and plush it was against my skin.
