No support. Pillow goes completely flat as soon as you put your head on it. I expected WAY better from Tempur Pedic and the astronomical price that they charged. Also, give it time to air out because it smells just as bad as a brand new memory foam mattress

The pillows are not as described. They are extremely thin, non-supportive, and one of the worst pillows I have experienced. Customer service refused to return or exchange. I would recommend looking at other products prior to selecting this one.

This pillow caused pain in my ear during the night. By morning it was flat and hard. They will not accept a return and refuse to reimburse me. Buyer beware!
