[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the full sized pillow for my every night pillow, i needed something to use at the hotel while travelling (which had very firm beds) this was perfect, the travel pillow case also allowed me to bring it on my carryon and i ended up using it on 12 and 16 hour flights as supplemental pillow to the neck pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compresses too much for my liking doesn't really provide support so still find myself putting my hand underneath the pillow for support otherwise my neck hurts. Found it frustrating that there's no return or exchange policy, how are you supposed to know before buying the pillow whether it's going to meet your needs?

I bought two pillows and just received them. One of them is the neck pillow. IT IS FIRM LIKE A ROCK. I called to ask for an exchange or replacement or return and they refuse to do so despite the fact it its in the same bag and unopened and unused. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It should be illegal. They are literally stealing from clients. Im never buying any of their products.
