Fairly comfortable, lingering odor, thin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two cloud pillows during a 2-for-1 special. The pillows are comfortable, but as mentioned by other reviewers, there is a lingering chemical smell. I've had the pillows for a few weeks now, and the odor is still perceptible, though not nearly as bad when they first arrived. I had to open the packages and let them air out for a few days before using. Additionally, I find them to be very thin. I prefer a thicker pillow, so I have them stacked for a comfortable neck position. I am a side and back sleeper. In the end, I'm not unhappy with the pillows, but I'm not thrilled with them either. I don't think I would buy them again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the product, minor issues with shipping and cus service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pillows, take them anywhere I go where I know I'll be sleeping. They're soft, yet firm and haven't given way after night after night of folding, bending, and rotating. (I sleep with my pillow folding in half and move around a lot) My only issue is I ordered during a buy one, get one promotion. I was a bit confused about how the promotion worked, so I called customer support and was told all I needed to do was order one and the second would automatically ship with it. Turns out that was incorrect so I only received one pillow. To their credit, they did end up sending the second pillow at no charge but the time it took to receive both pillows was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall I highly recommend this product.

Comfortable, thick, conforming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some people might say it's Like Charlie Browns best friend Linus van Pelts relationship with the blanket that he never leaves behind. I take my pillow everywhere, mostly because it is the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. It is hard to sleep without it now that I have spoiled myself, I never let it go. Hands down best investment I have made, making my nights restful and days exceptional.
