Too much softness

Completely Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the pillow for a week and I called the customer service because it was not what I expected. The pillow was too flat after I put mu head on it, and it gave me neck pain. I wanted to change it to a more firm pillow, but they told me in customer service that their policy does not allow to return. I'm very disappointed because now I have 2 pillows that neither my husband nor I can use them. The pillow is horrible, very flat and I can't use it. I wish I new that there were no returns or exchanges before I bought them. The policy was not available to me before I bought them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was turning a former kids bedroom into an adult spare bedroom. I have had memory foam mattress and pillows myself for over 15yrs and love them. I got a memory foam mattress for the bed and then ordered the tempur-cloud pillows. They looked good. Recently, I was remodeling my bedroom so I had to sleep in the spare bedroom. I couldn't make it through the night on those pillows. I found them to be hard and not comfortable at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasnt happy with the pillows I recurved. They were. Ugh harder and former than advertised. They have a no refund policy so I wasn't able to do anything about it and I wasted a lot of money .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow online because we do not have a local store. Upon receiving this pillow, I noticed it smelled terribly of chemicals. I slept on it one night and it was the worst sleep (or lack there of) that's I've had in a long time. I was hoping to return it so that I could continue shopping for a pillow that is right for me. Unfortunately, they will not return it is defective, although I would consider the horrendous smell a defect in itself. I will not buy from Tempur pedic again unless they change their return policy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst pillows ever!! Flatten like a pancake the second you put your head on them. Can place my hand under the pillow and scratch my head they're so thin! Also, they would not take back an unopened pillow still in their packaging and box! Worst purchase ever! I will never buy another thing from tempurpedic again in my life!
