[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing two pillows I am sad to say the two I recently purchased "The Cloud" and "Pro High" were very disappointing. After an hour or so both become extremely flat and are very uncomfortable.

Pretty hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Side sleeper: the pillow is pretty hard and I usually woke up with a sore neck, ears, or just not on the pillow. My husband still uses his (hence the two stars), but doesn't particularly like it.

Bad return policy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two pillows as a buy one get one free deal. I tried one and it wasn't as comfortable as the price would suggest. I tried to return the unopened one, but was told there is zero return policy. I could not get anyone to speak to me.

No support whatsoever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectation for this pillow from all the good rating from other buyers...but it is a huge disappointment. There is absolutely NO support whatsoever. Your head just sink into the pillow...WORSE pillow I've ever used. Too bad I can't return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really hopeful for this pillow but I guess it was not for me. I expected a lot more firmness from it since it was a tempur pedic. The pillow flattenes as you sleep on it. I Would recommend people to test it out before buying as you can't return.

It's too soft for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping for more firmness and stability in this pillow but it is just too soft for my liking. I keep having to flip the pillow throughout the night to "reset" it before it starts to sink down again. It's not a drastic sink of support... just too much for me. So if you are looking for a softer pillow then this could be the one for you. If you're looking for more support and firmness look elsewhere. And a side note, so you are aware, there is the initial foam smell to the pillow but that fades within a few days to a week or so. Some may not even smell it, I just happened to be pregnant which can heighten ones sense of smell.

Very strong odor made them unusable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased 4 Tempur-pedic cloud pillows during a direct on-line promotion. I was looking forward to them as we have a Tempur-pedic mattress and have purchased Tempur-pedic pillows before directly from mattress stores. Unfortunately, when the pillows arrived and I opened the box they smelled oddly. I thought it might just be a 'new' material smell so we tried airing them out for a couple of days. But when I tried using them it really bothered me. We tried for about a week and gave up as they had a strong smell that was either chemical or mildew/moldy. I will be throwing them out.
